I am using isotroin 10 mg for 10 months I am not having any side effects .now I am facing lower back pain problem and muscle ache. Still now my course is not completed is long term with low dose is have any serious side effects .and I am completed 5000 mg and weight is 46 how much dose is good for me. When I stopped incomplete dose is acne coming back. My skin is cleared within 2 months of using isotroin. How much dose is good for me.
