lybrate-user ji, a pillow is a must, simple microfibres pillow ok-3 inch after compression. You can put your shoulders on pillow when lying down Straight but when you take sides your shoulder should be down the pillow Regular neck exercise gently for ten minutes will give you relief. Moderatly hot packs behind neck for 10 minutes can also help.
