I am a diabetes patient. I have consulted a doctor. He gave me medicine named BIGOMET SR* 500 and told me to take it everyday in night and AFTER DINNER. My friend told me that a sugar medicine can never be taken after meal. I am confused. Please suggest me what to do. And when to take this medicine. My sugar level is before meal 140 and after meal 170.
