I am 28 year old, my wait vary between 57.5-60 kg. My height is 5'7" My hands, hips, thighs and legs are are thin. How to make them fine. How much is the perfect wait for me? It's helping me. I used to have sprouts, banana shake, paratha in butter, dalia other then lunch and dinner. Is it fine. Which is good to have more in body fat or protein?
