There is hardly any chance by that but smooching with exchange of bloody saliva or body fluids can spread HIV.

No, you shall not have it. You may have HIV only due to blood to blood mixing, i.e. Mixing of his/her blood into your blood, that happens due to: 1. Anal intercourse due to friction and rubbing causing erosion of rectal mucosa as well as of panile epithelium causing blood to blood mixing or after rigorous or wild vaginal intercourse 2. Through injection by infected syringe previously used in HIV patient or sharing of common syringes among drug addicts many of whom are also homosexuals. 3. Through transfusion of HIV infected blood. Now it is mandatory to perform HIV test of every blood donor. 4. Through vertical transmission from mother to foetus in her womb. If the HIV patients have active recently abraded ulcers or erosions in his mouth or on his lips and you too have erosions and ulcers in your mouth or on your lips, there is theoretical possibility of HIV transmission through sharing spoon or cigarette but practically it is impossible as HIV occurs only on deep and prolonged contact causing blood to blood mixing.

Definitely you will not. It is transmitted through body fluids which will not interact if you share a cigarette or a spoon.
