Dear, the condition you described is really panicky, and that is the thing [panic] you shd overcome, in 20 days only a miracle wd do anything, so to produce the miracle first just keep in mind this not the first time you are appearing in any exam. If you could do well there then why not here, don't seek sympathy, act! learn some deep breathing exercises from you-tube, sleep is important now on wards go to bed only when you feel sleepy, all other activities like studying etc; do while sitting or standing bed for you at this time only & only for sleep, if you don't feel sleepy try reading or chanting something soothing-but go bed only when you feel very sleepy & don't go to bed and keep tossing & turning that wd bring more frustration, if you get good night's sleep [[without any sleeping pill]],more than half of your problem wd be over. Whatever time you sleep leave the bed & start your daily chores at a fixed time in the morning, do take adequate breaks while studying like take a break--after studying for 60--90 min. S, don't share your story of helplessness with every other person, their sympathasing approach wd make you more frustrated. So deep breathing, sleeping only when feeling sleepy, no looking for sympathy, wishing you all the best!
