I suggest you do not take Viagra as it is hampering your system. Raw garlic too can help in treating premature ejaculation and other problems in men. Chewing 3-4 cloves of garlic can make a lot of difference in your premature ejaculation and help your remain healthy as well. Garlic can be fried in pure cow’s ghee to remove the heat from it and retain its aphrodisiac properties. Garlic will help reduce erectile dysfunction and also premature ejaculation. Kegel exercise can be done.

Hello- A healthy digestion is very much necessary in order to have a healthy reproductive system. ED and PE problems after the age of thirty occurs due to work stress, smoking/alcohol, lack of healthy sleep hours and poor dietary input. Medicines like Viagra and other chemical aphrodisiac provide symptomatic solution which also have side effect along with that. I recommend you to start herbal aphrodisiacs, medicines are safe and has a holistic approach towards sexual weakness, that is it provides long lasting stamina and strength by repairing the weak sexual system from within. Kegel exercise helps in delaying the ejaculation but a muscle need proper nutrition (herbal aphrodisiacs) with the exercise to give expected results. Alone Kegel not going to help your cause.
