Dear lybrate-user, Glucose is the end product of carbohydrate digestion. Any food that has carbs will finally be broken down to simple sugar glucose for absorption into the body. This glucose gives energy to brain. Hence consumption of complex carbs like whole wheat flour or multigrain flour or oats does give glucose and it is released slowly into the blood stream helping to manage diabetes. Regards
