I am 21 year old guy having a problem of severe headache. It starts in between the day and remains till the night. Generally it creates problem during my study. My eyesight is also weak but I use spectacles with proper consult of doctor. Kindly suggest me the best solution for my headache problem.

Recheck your vision. Having a refractive error (what is commonly called 'number') causes strain on the muscles of the eyes, leading to headaches. Inadequate sleep and dehydration are also common causes. Other than that, seeing the pattern of the headache, it is likely to be stress induced. Try deep breathing or meditation to reduce stress.

Hello! It seems that you're suffering from tensive headache which is a common occurrence in students/working people. You should take regular breaks between studies, don't study in dim light, use table & chair to study. Take enough water and nutritious diet throughout the day.
