Hello, first find the cause for your back ache. Is it some injury or long sitting hours. Correct your posture. Sit straight take frequent breaks walk a little stretch your back. Start doing core strengthening exercises for your spine stability. This you can learn from a physiotherapist. Also do hot water fomentation on your back two to three times a day.
Use pabchamrit loha gugulu, chandraprbha bati, rasnasaptak katha and dashmula katha.
