Hi, I am 50 years old. every day after having lunch I am feeling sleepy. If I sleep for 30 minutes. I will become normal. I wake up at 5 am. With this I am not getting sleep nights. What to do?

Feeling sleepy after lunch or heavy food is normal. And a short afternoon nap would never harm you anyway. For early morning awakenings, it is important to know when you go to sleep! because around 6 hour sleep would be perfectly enough for your age.
