You might be suffering from tinnitus which is the sensation of hearing ringing, buzzing, hissing, chirping, whistling, or other sounds and is often associated with hearing loss. There are multiple causes of tinnitus like ear wax, middle ear infection, hypertension, migraine, age related and many more. Consult a nearby ent specialist for proper evaluation (which will include a complete ent examination, audiogram and some radiological investigations) and management which is currently cognitive behavioral therapy/ tinnitus retraining therapy.
