Dear respected doctor, I'm in a big trouble and the cause of this trouble is the quantity of anger in me. The anger inside me is I think more than any other person. As a result of this anger I'm unable to concentrate on studies. It just gives me stress all the time. And because of a very bad temper I usually get involved in fights. My parents are also worried about me. Dear doctor please help me and give me the best solution for this. And also tell me that eating or drinking what, will cause anger and aggressiveness or what I should not include in my diet to avoid anger.

Dear lybrate user, anger cannot be controlled with diet. Anger is a result of your own values, beliefs and expectations. You need to see what is making you angry. Since you have lots of anger, you need some outlet. It will be very helpful if you consult a counsellor. Please talk to your school and college counsellor. Take care.
