I'm getting back pain at centre also burning sensation. Then the pain is going to front left thigh then going to calf muscle of left leg. I'm doing work from home. Please suggest what to do.

The nature of pain you are describing is more likely sciatica pain. You can do following things- 1. Pay attention on your sitting posture as you are working from home. If possible use ergonomically designed working station, it will help to maintain proper posture of spine. 2. Don't sit for long time on one place, take breaks after 1 or 1 and half hour & do stretching exercises. 3. U can apply lukewarm oil to low back & thigh half hour before shower.
