It's one of the most common side effect of isotretinoin. Apply vaseline two to three times daily for now and try to stay away from sun. If its still troubling you, we can change to another medicine depending on the type and severity of your acne. Thank you.

Isotretinoin induced cheilitis is a very common side effect of the medicine. Use either chaptex or hydronic lipbalm frequently in the daytime snd avoid lip licking.
