I had thalassemia minor I want to know which food I ate (plz specify) and which should be avoided. I searched on google but I am not satisfied with that answers please provide proper diet plan for me I personally request you to reply as soon as possible. The reason being yesterday I ate spinach vegetable with jawar bhakari in dinner I face issue stomach it's pain alot, whole night I wasn't slept.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
