Hba1c is 5.8% average blood glucose is 120 hdl - 44 (normal) ldl - 128 *all other values are normal someday I feel tired or sometimes dizzy before lunch. After lunch throughout the day I feel normal. Blood glucose two hours after food is 117. What should I do about the pre diabetes and ldl? Can this condition be reversed with weightless and proper diet alone without any medication?
