I'm suffering from dandruff from 2014 .I've tried different types of shampoos, ayurvedic homemade medicines .It comes back after 3-4 days once I applied shampoo or ayurvedic product or anything. Earlier dandruff used to come as kinda dust now it's like kinda big flakes with light brown color, it looked like a flake of my skull skin . I apply oil before I go to bath and washes it only with water. I bath twice in a day . Is it chronic dandruff? What can I do for a permanent relief ?

Buy a plastic brush having about 1" long flexible bristles. Use it to rub your whole body during your daily bath when the body is wet and wash again. Drink a cup of spinach juice every day. Do not eat any fired foods, spices, maida, etc. Do not use any shampoo, cream, lotion etc. This will give you a glowing, healthy, dandruff free skin. It will also improve your general health.

Hello. Drink 3 lts minimum water in a day drink grapes n carrot juice daily avoid oily n spicy food apply kesh amrit oil twice a week tab keshmirit 2 tab twie a day use arnika shampoo stay healthy - naturally.
