Hello doctor. I? M 21 years old. I was doing mastrubsin in the day ago and during a wrong move (down side) and wrong move was too short I heard a (pop) sound of my penis below upper side but not centre. I read about it and found out it might be a penis fracture because of this sound. But I had no bleeding. No pain. No bruising but the only symptom I had is the voice. Pop or whatever as knuckle. Get soften. What bothers me is that I keep thinking alot about if it was a penis fracture for real. My erection is normal. Any help? Is this voice means it? S fractured. There was no any bleeding or anything else. I can say it? S my anxiety or worry about this. I need to know is the sound means I broke it 100%.or what might it be. And when should I worry then?

Penile fractures are relatively rare but can occur when there is a sudden and forceful bending or trauma to the erect penis. This typically happens during sexual activity or masturbation. The popping sound you described could potentially be associated with a penile fracture, as it is one of the reported symptoms. However, it is important to note that not all penile fractures present with the same symptoms, and the absence of pain, bleeding, or bruising does not necessarily rule out a fracture. It is worth mentioning that anxiety and worry can sometimes amplify physical sensations or make them seem more significant than they actually are. It is possible that your concerns are stemming from anxiety rather than an actual penile fracture. However, only a sexologist can provide an accurate diagnosis based on a thorough examination. If you are experiencing any persistent symptoms or if you are concerned about your condition, it is recommended to seek medical attention.
