Dear lybrate-user, try to first get 8 hours deep sleep. Consume more fat soluble vitamins. Focus on dairy products like curd, milk, ghee. Practice diaphragmatic breathing which activates parasympathetic nervous system which then leads to increased muscle mass. Exercise core muscles such as back and glutes as they are largest muscles in human body and respond well to training. Try to eat 3 large meals instead of 5-6 small meals. Avoid packed food. Get enough sunlight. Completely eradicate stress from your life.
