Few years night shift work causing sleepless nights - having forehead headache and throbbing sometimes, forehead is stiffness and watching through eyes also get stressed with confusion in mind. Ct scan looks normal. Inner ears ringing increased on headache while tinnitus there. Difficult to go outside. What medicine to take on to stop and cure my this kind of continuous throbbing stiffness headache?
