Hello there are plenty of reasons of acidity eg faulty lifestyle, late nigh eating, sleep deprivation and stress. Start your day with aloevera juice empty stomach, increase your water intake, take buttermilk with mint leaves, limit outside food, try to sleep on time and do little meditation. This way you can get rid of almost every problem of stomach. Thanks.
