Hi, I am suffering from mild lower back pain particularly in lower back side due to pulling of cart 3 months ago. I am doing well when I walk or normally sit at my workplace but sometimes I feel little pain when I stand or sit for longer than 15 minutes. Other than this, I also feel that if I lift any heavy thing, it will cause further problem. Please help already had some medicines but no improvement.
