For controlling cholesterol take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Exercise regularly (at least 150 min per week). If after 3 weeks of exercise and balanced diet cholesterol is still high, approach a physician for guidance regarding initiation of medication. Take food rich in vitamin d (fish, egg) and vitamin b12 (fish, milk egg). You should also take vitamin d supplements. Approach a physician for advice on dosage.
