I 'm a 25 years old who gained 30 kg weight since 2 and half years post wedding and I currently weigh 105 kg. My weight rose due to stress and change in food culture, I had prolactin high post my abortion and later it became normal but the weight kept increasing. I can't hit gym as I have back pain problem and I am a vegetarian. Currently I am suffering from muscle spasm and nerves weakness from lower head to neck radiating to shoulder blades past 6 months. Doctor prescribed drugs of epilepsy and fibromyalgia though the brain MRI was normal and my feet were swollen ,he told I have a vascular stretch near neck anyways the medicine don't alleviate my pain so after months now I am under homeopathic treatment .please give me a diet chart that would help me reduce my weight. I am trusting only that a proper diet and walking can help me now. I walk for half an hour a day more than that gives me neck pain. I do cooking with my hubby as he helps me due to my neck pain and small home cores .my thyroid levels are normal, no diabetics.
