I am 16 years old and weigh 40 kgs. since last one week have headache everyday, My legs and arms feel weak, i am unable to keep standing for more then 5 mins. To be true I have lots of junk foods and fruits, vegetables and exercise are rarely part of my routine. I feel weak if I climb few stairs even. Can you please help me to know what is the problem with me?

You are underweight teenager with demands of resources by a growing up teenager and junk food will not give you nourishing food. Stop the habit and eat healthy food rich in proteins, vitamin and minerals like milks and curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements plus seasonal vegetables and fruits, some carbs and healthy fats like desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Get investigation done for thyroid profile and blood for sugar and lipids and cbc for hb and infections. Get back here with reports. You will get more guidance.
