I am a 26 year old male and have neck pain for past two month. I have used pain relief and calcium medicine but it's doesn't work. What should I do now?

It may be due to wrong posture until or unless no injury or accident fall history is present. Wrong posture especially at work area. I am not sure about your profession as it is not mention here.
