Hi, I belong to a village community where I have been staying for past 8 years after leaving my job in delhi. In d village I run a dairy and do social work ,spread litreacy etc. I am unmarried and enjoy my single status at d age 39. any problem is I stay alone here. All my family (siblings) got settled in cities. Due to lonesome life, I cook my meal two times and simply daal chawal or roti daal. Milk is d thing I take daily twice half a kg. In the morning breakfast I eat sprouted gram. But due to hard work I am just 56 kg now plus not height is 6. Suggest me a diet plan that includes home made food only so that I could gain weight in 2 months. Regards.

This is the Vegetarian diet plan that has protein which will definitely helpful to you gain weight : ? In morning eat a bowl of sprouted beans. ? In afternoon eat cheese and a bowl of cereal (daal )and with two chapatti . ? In the evening eat a bowl of boiled soyabean (daal) and after that eat an apple. ? In night drink a glass of milk with two teaspoon of maltova or Bornvita . * Eat 2 banana daily . * For proper weight , proper sleep is very important . So you should sleep for 6 to 8 hrs daily. * Avoid smoking and alcohol drinking completely.
