I am 20 year old male I have been experiencing tremors and slight dizziness for 15 days I was fasting for a month and during the last week a light dizziness started and after few days shaking in the legs started I didn't had proper meals so is it some kind of weakness or deficiency? Although tremors and dizziness now is quite mild compared to when it started.

Those are essential tremors. They are happening because of fasting. Fasting is good for health but it should be done in a proper way. Fasting for too long could make you dizzy. You might fall because of low glucose levels reaching in brain. Fasting could cause sudden electrolyte disturbances especially if associated with dehydration. In that case hydrating with juices or ors solution will help.
