I am 19 year young female. Suffering from stomach disorders as well as fogginess of mind. Sometimes I feel so uncomfortable to read things and understand them because of this fogginess of mind, things become quite unclear to me. Moreover I have stomach disorder, sometimes I suffer from constipation and sometimes loose motion cause trouble. I want to know whether both the problems are inter-related? And if yes kindly suggest me some home remedies and a diet routine. These problems are causing me a great trouble. I need a urgent help.

First stop taking out side food, and take only home cooked food to escape this constipation and loose motions routine. Due to the stomach problem you may be having acidity/gas in the stomach which also may be giving you the fogginess of mind. So to reduce acidiy take timely meal, avoid late nights, go to bed by 10 o clock in the night, you should take plenty of vegetables, avoid excess of tea, avoid masala, mirchi, fried items. take atleast 3 litres of water every day, have some physical exercise like walking, jogging, dancing, yoga etc., Reduce your stress levels by doing meditation and pranayama. If you follow all these meticulously the problems will disappear. when ever you feel bloating of stomach take 2 big glasses of water.
