One year ago, my ankle of right leg fractured. The doctors did operation and injected the steel wire/rod in my leg to support my ankle. Now my leg is in good condition then I can walk and run now.
So my question is that, should I remove that steel wire/rod from my ankle now or after which time?

Hi, the implant can be removed after union of fracture site and not before two years of surgery to avoid unnecessary chances of infection of implant, implant failure etc.
