Dear Sir/Madam, Basically i'm a sports girl, a Marathon Runner I left practice 8-9 years back and again i'm started running now. But i'm getting Calf Cramp / pain a lot because of this i'm not able to run further and I feel like i'm not able to finish the race itself. Please let me know what are the precautions to be taken before running and also during running what I have to do to reduce it? Whether mid feet supports shoe will avoid calf muscle cramp? Please let me know. Awaiting for your reply.
