I am diabetic my post prandial blood sugar is 180 but I am not on medication should I follow the same or start taking medicine?

You should try to intensify life style modifications. Take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Take whole grain cereals. Avoid high glycemic index foods like white bread, potato and sugary foods. Exercise at least half an hour daily. After that if your ppbs is not going down or is going up, medicines should be considered. Also get your fasting blood sugar and hba1c checked. It will help in guiding the management in a better way.
