Because of constipation hard stool I am having anal fissure, it's been more than 1 month now and I continuously used cream gel as well as sucral ano gel. But it's not getting any better and now its very uncomfortable to go for passing stool and I feel discomfort all over the day it feels like the area is stressed out. Please help.
