I am 34 years old male diagnosed to have moderate to severe depression from last 3 urs. I was started on antidepressants. Tab escitalopram 10 mg but it's making me so much drowsy so I have stopped it. Now I have decided that I am not going to start any antidepressants. I have read so many medical journals which have stated that exercise is equally effective as that of antidepressants. So my question is can I best chronic depression by doing daily exercise. During last few years I have noticed that when I do exercise I really feel better. If I take antidepressants I can't do anything.
