It is not only breakfast but the life style makes us what you r aiming. 1. No alcohol 2. No smoking 3 diet- a. Less ghee / butter, take small quantity of mix of veg oil- mustard, til, ground nut olive oil b. Less sugar, potato, rice c. Take seasonal green leafy vegetables. And seasonal fruits. D. Avoid constipation - e. Take plenty of water during day and take 2/3 glasses of warm water first thing in the morning even before rinsing your mouth f. No tea /coffee g. No spicy/ fried /jukn/ processed food 4. Physical activity- minimum 30 mts brisk walk in the morning 5.6- 8 hrs of sound sleep at night 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation for min 10 mts daily 8. Do not lie down immediately after meals. Start doing it now and report after 15 days for more advise.

Dear lybrateuser, You should try to have a combination of carbohydrates & proteins - can have a bowl of milk with cereals or oats with fresh fruits or an egg with whole whole wheat bread &fruit or poha, yogurt, sprouts, mix turmeric powder one teaspoon in a glass of milk, also can have sweet lime juice with honey.
