Dear lybrate-user, I understand it's difficult dealing with sleep problems, believe me when I say this, sleep issues can be fixed. Instead of me listing you a bunch of treatments I would suggest you run some blood tests instead, depending on how long you have been having these issues I would like to run you through a list of tests you need to get. If you suffer with snoring then you may have obstructive sleep apnea (osa) which needs a different line of therapy. But if you don't have osa then you might benefit from running these tests- 1. Cbp 2. Thyroid 3. Vit d b12 4. Total protein 5. Serum calcium and magnesium 6. Lft and serum creatinine once we identify the underlying problem we can then go by correcting it. Sleep is affected by many many things so the above listed items can identify atleast 80% of them. With the other being structural (ent) - osa or related to injuries. Please feel free to consult. Hope this helps. Stay strong!
