Hi, I am suffering with one side headache and neck pain [ right side ] from last 1 week & it’s started 1 week back only I don’t have this kind of pain before, because of this pain i’m not able to complete my works and consulted general physician near by me he said it’s migraine headache, he is suggested to me use [ vitency & naxdom-500 ] but not getting relief after using 5 days too, I can’t see any difference in pain and i’m dance instructor & I work from morning 5 to night 10 pm he said the main reason for this headache is by spending more time in lighting and sound but my work is related to lighting and sound only I can’t do work without this as i’m a dance instructor pls do suggest some medications to solve this issue pls do help me to cure this.
