Hi, My wife is good healthy but having bit more weight, even if she doing all house hold activities herself to keep her active, but not able to lose weight. Any suggestion on this please, I want to obtain a natural way to lose weight.

Good idea of natural way. Continue house hold by self, start daily one hour fast walk, cycling, swimming etc, avoid oily food, fast food, ghee, cheese, butter, sweets, fried item strictly, take only three meals. No inbetween intake. If hungry take salad only. Avoid day time sleep. But some time weight do not reduce- may be hereditary.

Doing your daily physical activities does not help much as your body becomes use to it. You need to decrease intake if fats in your diet. Drink a glass of lemonade with a tsp of honey in it every morning empty stomach. If possible start doing skipping of 10 minutes daily.
