I am losing my weight I eat fruit and vegetable daily for weight I joined gym also what I do to gain a muscles?

Dear eating fruits and vegetable is good but we need carbohydrates (all grains, rice, protein (pulses, milk and milk products) egg n other non veg food in case if you are non veg and fat (oil ghee nuts etc for maintaing good health. One looses weight when he eats less and lives a more active lifestyle. In other case weight reduction is due to some illness like diabetes thyroid hyperactivity first you check what is the reason for loosing weight than act accordingly.
