Hi, I am adult women two days before I got hurt in my back foot heel with a sharp edge tiles while closing the door instead of putting the left leg out I put between the tiles edge and door closing area without noticing I started closing the door when the door is about to close I was hurts badly in my back foot that day it has pain I rub ice next one day its fine then another day I went shopping mall and walk a lot then from yesterday night its paining badly blood clot is there in the back but no cut what do you think is it broken or any serious issue that need to be taken care I have difficulties in walking today its pain there at the back of the foot kindly suggest.
