Today I found that I have stone in my left and right kidneys. Right kidney 4mm left kidney 8mm size. I want to know what diet/medicines should I take in future to prevent these stone get bigger in size.

Hello dear in diet you don't take vegetables and fruits which have seeds like tomato etc. Take lemon juice with black pepper and salt with water. Several times a day take water every hour.

Drink lots of water, kulathi daal pani, cranberry juice. Avoid dairy products, lettuce, tomato, brinjal etc. With the help of ayurvedic medicine very soon get rid of stone as well follow pathya will controll recurrence.
