I'm 23 years old and going to gym last 1 year, but my body doesn't become bulky. I'm vegetarian and can you tell me diet chart for gym workout.

Hi, take whey protein one spoon after workout. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take small and frequent meals.
