Hi I'm a male I sleep late in the night by 2 in the night I don't get sleep soon or fall asleep so I be awake till 2 or 3 in the night and thn go to sleep or get sleep by 3 and get up late in the morning by 12 or 1 in the afternoon please help me to change this habit or help or tel me how to get or sleep soon in the night and get up early in the morning by 6am please help me wat to do wat should I do please help me, plz.
