Im 20 years old and have allot of cavities from which 4 are filled and 4 have root canal treatment over past few days I feel senstivity in my front teeth from cold item only not from hot and also in my 2 filled teeth I feel minor throbbing pain or may be sensitivity and have irritation in the mouth and also I feel weakness in gums from this reason I am suffering from depression.

Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
