If you have pain in your feet because of neuropathy, medicines like gabapentin, pregabalin, tapendolol, etc might help. Also, local applications like amitryptilline cream work in some. But for other symptoms of neuropathy, you might need multiple medications. Most important: get your feet thoroughly examined & evaluated by an expert podiatric surgeon (i am one!). Beware of taking medicines for erectile dysfunction without a doctor's advice. If you have cardiac ailments &/or taking some cardiac medicines, such medicines can be very dangerous.

You are sure your height is 120 cm? if it is, your bmi comes to > 49 kg per mt square! it is matter of serious concern! hba1c 7.2% indicates bad control of diabetes. You are having nephropathy and neuropathy. Afraid you have more problems. You must consult and remain under guidance of a diabetologist without delay and comply to his/her advice.
