Hi there. I am yasmin and I will be 19 years old this october. But I am so thin my height is 159 cm and my weight is almost 45 kilograms. I don't have any appetite. I stress and suffer from anxiety these months. I try to eat food but I feel nauseous and feel like throwing up but I can't. What healthy foods should I consume. Please make a list of economic friendly foods and snacks. Also suggest any good exercises for weight gain. I want to improve my body look and I don't want my face to get chubby. Thank you.
