Dear lybrate user use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day in both back, neck sitting and standing posture maximum 45 min and back, neck stretching exercise, use ointment, take milk daily if no relief consult to orthopaedist because some time due to deficiency of calcium and vitamin d joint pain start.
Take nutritious diet.
Avoid wrong posture while sitting and sleeping. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. Avoid using pillow.
Start with back stretching exercises.
