Good evening. Well, once damaged it can not be regenerated but by proper exercise and adequate postures we can prevent further damage.

Mr. Lybrate-user, so far in the world there is no cure discovered for diabetes and similarly there is no drug which can regenerate the cartilage degenrated in osteoarthritis. So if some has discovered that he should be getting nobel prize for that.
