It can be due to wrong food choices and poor control of the body to control glucose levels. I would suggest you to get your hba1c done and 1eat right food at right time. 2. Don't put long gap in your meals. 3. Include high fiber in diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses, more green veggies. 4. Properly follow the do's and don't of diabetes 5. Consult with physician if changes in the medications required.
